Our specialty is in contracts ranging from 5 to 150 ton units, and buildings to 200,000 square feet. One of our biggest assets is providing all work In-House, with no subcontracting. In addition to having our own sheet metal fabrication shop and mechanics, we have a fleet of skilled, fully supervised service personnel that enable us to better manage schedules and the dynamics of system designs.
Our fully supervised service department provides all of our installations with technical support and installation of controls, piping and warranty service. Having skilled technicians allows us to maximize efficiency and performance of every installation. We strive to provide extended service to all of our customers, thus providing that valuable support and knowledge of the systems to the owner for many years.
Service
Whether you are a service contract customer or thinking of becoming one, our fully supervised and experienced service department has been providing customers of all sizes in the Northern Virginia area with great service and quality repairs since 1976. Our technicians are EPA Certified and participate yearly in manufacturer training programs to stay abreast in the latest technologies in the heating and air conditioning industry. You will have a sense of confidence seeing familiar faces of the service department while the majority of the techs have been here over 15 years and you can expect personalized service from start to finish from a company who is big on long term relationships.
Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance programs provide routine maintenance and fine-tuning of equipment for peak performance and efficiency. Our techs are trained to recognize potential problems before they develop, thus minimizing emergency calls. When service is necessary, our contract customers benefit by receiving the highest priority response. Through our computerized database we keep up-to-date records and history of all sites for the most effective and efficient service possible.
Changeouts
We specialize in rooftop unit replacements, having replaced hundreds of units. We can customize your replacement needs managing any design and coordination concerns to suit your situation. We perform all work in-house, including design and manufacturing of sheet metal modifications necessary.
